Food hampers

$100-$250/ a family a month

Hampers contain food for families including meat, vegetables, and other perishable foods, as well as other basic household needs such as toilet paper, soap, laundry detergent, dish soap, cooking oil, sugar

We can also provide grocery gift cards so families can select their own food from the donations we receive.

Food rescue

$10 per person

Our foundation rescues food daily and provides breakfast for as many homeless people as we can. Our Starbucks breakfast rescue usually feeds 10 people daily.

Thank you to Second Harvest for making this possible with the help of their app Food Rescue.

Workshops

In line with LIFT (Learning Initiatives for Family Transformation) program’s mission to empower low-income families, we offer a range of workshops tailored to address specific needs and challenges faced by participants. Our workshops emphasize the transformative power of education and skill development, enabling families to make positive changes in their lives.

School supplies for children

$50-$100 per child, dependant upon grade level

Based on required materials for grade level. Can include pencils, pens, paper, binders, markers, calculators, rulers, etc.

These costs are based on cost of living in Alberta and local stores.

We have gathered many beautiful moments during our journey
